Sponsorship, advertising and partnership

Code.House is free to read and free of paywalls. Advertising and sponsorship pay for it. If you want to reach a developer and founder audience, work together on something, or ask about the domain itself, this is the page.

Ways to work together

Display advertising

Standard advertising on this site is served programmatically through Google AdSense. If you want to reach this audience that way, buy through the usual Google Ads channels — no arrangement with us is needed.

Direct sponsorship

A labelled placement on a guide, a tool page or a section of the site, sold directly. Clearly marked as sponsorship, never disguised as editorial, and never able to change what a guide says.

Partnership

Co-produced guides, tool integrations, education partnerships or content syndication. Proposals that make the free material better are the ones that get a yes.

Who reads this site

The material is written for people learning to build software and for people deciding what to have built: self-taught developers working through the roadmap, junior and mid-level engineers looking up a specific technique, and founders and operators researching what a project should cost before they commit to it.

No audience numbers are published here, for a straightforward reason: this site is new, and inventing traffic figures would be dishonest. Current, verifiable figures are shared directly with anyone making a serious enquiry.

What sponsorship does not buy

  • Influence over the content of any guide, before or after publication.
  • Removal or alteration of a mention of a competitor.
  • Unlabelled placement. Every paid item is labelled as sponsorship, at the top, before the content.
  • Links that pass search ranking signals. Paid links carry rel="sponsored", as search engine guidelines require.

These limits are the reason the recommendations here are worth anything, so they are not negotiable. The full position is in the editorial policy.

Other ways to support the site

If you are not buying anything but the material helped: link to a guide from your own site or documentation, share a tool with someone who needs it, or send a correction when you spot an error. All three are genuinely useful, and all three are free.
